GOSSAMER

Designed to embody the insubstantial, this lamp floats between presence and absence. Its organic curves capture the essence of lightness, while its translucent shell speaks to delicacy. At its heart burns a single thread of tungsten—a celebration of fineness in an otherwise ghostly form.

Second important point of this project is packaging and shipping. Lamps are shipped in a product of its own, tin canisters. You could use it after unboxing for whatever you like: rice or tea, maybe some miscellaneous stuff, or make a plant pot out of it, sky is the limit.
